Udya Tech is a registered MSME based in Hyderabad, India, founded in 2026. Udya comes from the Sanskrit word for sunrise.

We started it because capable finance and operations people lose hours every week to copying and checking that a computer should do. We'd rather show you a working tool on your own file than send you a sales deck.

Questions teams

What kind of projects do you take on?

Finance and operations automation, custom desktop and web software, and internal tools for small and mid-sized businesses. If your team repeats it by hand, we can usually help.

How much does it cost?

Every project has one fixed price, quoted in writing after you've seen a working version. It depends on the size of the work. Automation tools have no monthly fee.

Is our data safe?

Files are used only to build your tool, never shared, and deleted when the project ends or whenever you ask. You can send dummy data for the sample. See our privacy page.

Do we need new software?

No. The tool lives in Excel or Google Sheets and works with the exports you already pull from QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage and similar systems.

How long does it take?

A first working sample usually takes a few days. The delivery date for the full tool is agreed in writing before any paid work starts.

What if it doesn't work for us?

Then you don't buy it - that's why you see it working on your own file first. After delivery, if it doesn't do what the quote says, we fix it at no cost within 14 days.

What happens when our files change?

New column, new report, new system? Tell us what changed and we quote the update before touching anything.
