The short version
We only use what you send us to answer you and to build the tool you asked for. We never sell or share it. Your files stay private and we delete them when you ask.
What we collect
- Emails you send us - your name, email address, company and whatever you write.
- Files you share - sample or real spreadsheets, exports or PDFs, so we can build your tool.
- Website visits - this website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
How we use it
- To reply to you and discuss your project.
- To build, test and support the tool you asked for.
- To send invoices and keep records the law requires.
We do not use your files to train AI models, and we do not use them for any other client.
Where it is kept
Files are kept on our own computers in Hyderabad, India, and in our business email (Zoho Mail). Only the people building your tool can open them.
How long we keep it
Project files are deleted when the project ends or whenever you ask, whichever comes first. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. If we emailed you first and you'd rather not hear from us, reply "no" and we won't email again.
