Terms

These terms apply when you work with Udya Tech ("we", "us"). If we agree something different in writing for your project, that written agreement wins.

1. Free sample

A free sample is a small working version built from one file you send. It is free and you have no obligation to buy anything. We may show it to you as a file or a screen recording.

2. Quotes and scope

Before any paid work we send a written quote: what the tool will do, the fixed price, the delivery date and how many rounds of changes are included. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.

3. Payment

For direct projects, half of the price is paid before work starts and the rest on delivery, unless the quote says otherwise. Projects through a freelance platform follow that platform's payment rules.

4. Your files and confidentiality

You confirm you are allowed to share the files you send us. We keep them confidential, use them only for your project and delete them as described in our Privacy page.

5. Ownership

Once the full price is paid, the tool we build for you is yours to use and change inside your business. We may reuse general know-how and code patterns, but never your data or anything that identifies you.

6. Testing and fixes

We test every tool on your file before delivery. If it doesn't do what the quote says, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it at no cost. Changes to your exports or systems after delivery are quoted as new work.

7. Responsibility

Our tools help your team; your team stays responsible for checking results and for final financial decisions. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
